Our Founder
Janet O'Neal
Janet O’Neal is the founder and vision behind CA Paralegal Services. Janet attended San Joaquin College of Law in 1999. She began her professional career as a paralegal where she learned to work with clients in the midst of life-altering tragedies. At the age of 35, Janet branched out on her own.
Since founding CA Paralegal Services in June of 2012, Janet’s main focus has been estate planning, divorce mediation, and divorce paralegal services. Janet has become known for the compassion, wisdom, and attention to detail she brings to the divorce process. Her ability to help her clients communicate through the conflict, chaos and stress of divorce truly sets her apart from other paralegals and mediators. As your divorce mediator or paralegal, Janet will help you find your voice so you can be heard and fully participate in the divorce process and arrive at a sustainable agreement which she will draft into your comprehensive Marital Settlement Agreement.

Kelly Freeman is a graduate of Clovis High School and has lived in Clovis all her life. She started working for CA Paralegal Services in 2014 as a receptionist and has worked her way up to case manager. Kelly is working on her Paralegal Certification and holds her Notary License.

Steven has extensive experience architecting impactful marketing and business development campaigns for legal services. He has a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds degrees in Economics and Marketing. He works as an onsite/remote consultant and develops relationships with other law firms within California. Steven is a Co-Founder of Local Search Partners and TriVista Media.
